What is Menuro?
Menuro is a commission-free ordering and loyalty platform for restaurants. Instead of listing your restaurant on a marketplace alongside your competitors, you get your own branded ordering apps — a customer mobile app (iOS and Android), a web ordering site, a partner app for your team, and an admin dashboard to run it all — with a loyalty engine built in. Your logo, your colors, your customers, your data.
The zero-commission model
Section titled “The zero-commission model”Most third-party delivery marketplaces charge a percentage of every order — often 5–30%. Menuro works differently:
- A monthly subscription, priced by what you use. Two things set the price: the solutions you choose (branded app, commission-free ordering, loyalty, in-store tablet, marketing automation, analytics, SEO website) and the number of locations you run. Order volume, ticket size and restaurant size never change it.
- Zero platform commission. Payments go through your own payment account. Card processing, delivery, taxes and optional services remain separate costs.
- Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel any time and keep your customer data on exit. The subscription carries a satisfaction guarantee; the current terms are on the pricing page.
The arithmetic is straightforward: a subscription costs the same whether a location takes fifty orders a month or five thousand, while a commission grows with every one of them. Work out what a percentage of your own monthly order value would be, and compare. Quotes are per restaurant — ask for yours on the Menuro pricing page.

Who uses which app
Section titled “Who uses which app”Menuro is a family of apps, each built for a specific person in your operation:
- Your customers order from your branded mobile app or web ordering site.
- You and your managers run the business from the admin dashboard — it covers menu, pricing, payments, zones, staff, marketing, and reports. Every menu in it is mapped in the dashboard navigation map.
- Your kitchen and counter staff manage incoming orders from the partner app on a phone or tablet.
- Your drivers receive and complete deliveries from the same partner app, in driver mode.
- Walk-in customers can order themselves at a self-order kiosk, or be served at the POS register.
- Your kitchen can work from a kitchen display instead of printed tickets.
- The in-store tablet is a loyalty counter, not an ordering screen — a walk-in enters their phone number and sees their points and vouchers.

Order types supported
Section titled “Order types supported”Menuro supports every way your customers want to order:
- Delivery — with your own drivers, automatic dispatch, or third-party delivery networks.
- Takeaway / pickup — customers order ahead and collect when the order is ready.
- Dine-in QR ordering — customers scan a QR code at the table, order, and pay from their phone.
- Scheduled orders — customers place orders hours or days in advance for a chosen time slot.
Getting set up
Section titled “Getting set up”Setup is guided and done for you, typically in one to two weeks: the Menuro team handles onboarding, menu migration and brand customization, and your staff get training before launch.
Your first practical steps are simple: log in to the dashboard with the credentials from onboarding, then work through the launch checklist. When you’re hunting for a specific setting later, the dashboard navigation map lists every menu and where it leads.
